Our Lesson Policy<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Additional costs<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Your customized lesson program includes any additional time and costs incurred by the teacher(s) traveling to and from your chosen lesson location, e.g. metro\/bus tickets.\u00a0When our teachers give lessons at external locations around Paris they usually choose sites that are free to access (markets, museums, exhibitions, shops, cafes and gardens). You will be asked to pay any additional expenses such as coffee or museum entrance fees. Students\u2019 expenses for the teacher should rarely exceed more than \u20ac5 for a beverage of the entry price of a site.<\/p>\n

Teaching materials<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Your teacher(s) will provide you with all the necessary lesson materials such as exercises and flash cards. However, we suggest bringing writing materials to take notes.<\/p>\n

Scheduling your classes<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

You can schedule your lessons directly with your teacher. If you need to reschedule, it\u2019s possible to do so without charge if you notify your teacher within 24hrs of the planned start time. You will be charged if the lesson is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance.<\/p>\n

Leaving Paris<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

If you leave Paris before you\u2019ve finished all your lessons, you can use them at another time within 12 months of your first lesson. Alternatively, you can take them online, via Skype or transfer them to a friend, colleague or family member.<\/p>\n

Punctuality<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

If your teacher is delayed by public transport and arrives late for a lesson, the time lost will be added to the end of the lesson or to the following lesson. Our teachers will wait for you for 20 minutes from the scheduled start time. If you haven\u2019t arrived within this time, the lesson will be cancelled and unfortunately cannot be refunded.<\/p>\n

Payment<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

We ask you to pay 50% of the lesson fee when you book (before starting the lessons) and the remainder before the 4th lesson. If you\u2019ve booked less than 5 lessons, we\u2019ll ask you to pay in full when you book.\u00a0Once you\u2019ve made the deposit, we\u2019ll reserve your teacher for you and you\u2019ll receive a confirmation email. We\u2019ll then get in touch very quickly to introduce you to your teacher and confirm your lesson schedule and location.<\/p>\n
