Where to stay
Finding the right accommodation is an important part of your Paris experience. We help you choose a place that is comfortable, well-located and — if you wish — fully immersive. All the options we recommend are within easy reach of our campuses in the historic Arsenal / Village Saint-Paul neighbourhood (4th arrondissement).
Option 1
Homestay With A French Family
The most immersive option
Living with a carefully selected French host family is one of the most effective ways to accelerate your progress. You practise French in real everyday situations — at the breakfast table, over dinner, or simply chatting about the day — and you experience Parisian life from the inside.

We work with Bonsejour, a specialist partner with many years of experience placing students with welcoming Parisian families. Most homes are within 30 minutes of our campuses by metro, bus or on foot, and you can usually arrive a few days before your course starts and leave a few days after it ends. Important: host-family places are limited, especially in peak periods — please contact us as early as possible so we can check availability and match you with a suitable family. To request a homestay, email the address above and mention that you are a student at French As You Like It, or write to us first and we will gladly guide you through the process.
Option 2
Short-To-Mid-Term Apartment Rentals
From approx. 400€ / week
Independent studios and flats give you your own space in the city, from around 400€ per week. The best-located and best-priced properties are booked at least three months in advance, so reserve early. We recommend trusted agencies such as Paris Attitude.

Youth Hostels
Inexpensive — book early
Youth hostels are a fun, inexpensive way to experience Paris. Several historic, well-equipped hostels — including the MIJE hostels — are just a few minutes' walk from our campuses. Ideal for budget-conscious students, but book early to secure a spot.
